Log your kilometres manually To log kilometres manually, login to your Dashboard and head to the "My Fitness Activity" tab to record your activity. Next scroll down the "Add Activity" section and fill out the form (Note: The steps and duration sections are optional). Click 'Save Changes' and your KMs will be updated. 2. Link your page to a fitness tracker or app We are linked to FitBit and Garmin which can both automatically sync with your fundraising page and add to your kilometres each time you record an activity. Unfortunately, these are the only fitness apps or devices that can be synced to your One Foot Forward activity. **Please allow 24-48 hours for any app activity to show on your fundraising page** You can use your smartphone to download the FitBit or Garmin app to get started.
